There isn't a list anywhere as far as i know, you'd have to hunt the announcment section for these, you can also try other bitcoin forum as some smaller coins have more spotlight on smaller forums

Everything these days is ICO/POS

yeah ICO scam tokens, and POS with massive pre-mined coins.
But honestly, why would you risk designing a new coin with POW? people dont keep the node up, chasing the profit (like BTC vs BCH) at least POS you need to stake wallet/node for a while (several hrs to days) for profit to flow through.
Most POW end up mined by massive pool or done by the small number of miners.

Another problem with finding new coins is that the vast majority of the new ones are mined using ASIC algos.  I am convinced  a lot of these coins are created so that people can continue to profit off of their old ASIC hardware

Magnatum has a massive premine?

The reason you would risk releasing a new Pow coin? I don't know, miners want to mine...

I don't think the risk of releasing a PoW coin is higher than the risk of an ICO getting on the wrong side of the SEC.

A master list of upcoming mineable coins would be very helpful. It's not very efficient to monitor the announcements continuously. So far Magnatum is the only one I have mined on day 0.

Do you happen to have this miner you speak of? i would love it Smiley

On a more serious note, i think you need to do some research in to new coins, nobody is going to tell you on a public forum as people will just jump to that coin making it non profitable anymore.

You could try Bitcoin Gold, it is expected to be mined next week.
Actually, I think many people are waiting for mining it even most of us think it's scam.
