hey guys

Bittrex not scam but has a limited employees for support tickets. and lack of communication from their owners. not the best policy but not scam.

My acc has been upgrade today and i can withdrawn my all money from there.

my suggestions:
1. open one ticket. dont open multiply ticket cause you have putted to bottom line of requests.
be polite and informative. your ticket contains all necessary info about your problem.
2. be patient . wait for a while your request going to be solved by support. I did not got any messages but my problem has been solved.
3. if your problem is still exists after 10-14 days or more. send messages to bittrex employees on their official twitter channel . dont bagging them just send a reminder with your unsolved ticket number. iv sent messages to all bittrex employees once and another to channel. and some reply to their posts. dont bagging them . reminds them only with a few message.

My originally problem was error on verification process 20 days ago. after a little time turned the message to name mismatch error and iv created a follow up ticket on original ticket  3 days ago and today my acc is enhanced finally.

Don't! Just don't do that! Bittrex is scam and you are lying on their behalf.

And your recommendations are so rude:

Why should people be polite when they are robbed, heh? Why should we show respect to a rude scammer who steals our deposits and remains careless?

Why people don't have right to open multiple tickets when they don't get a proper feedback? And how did you get that information about multiple tickets and their negative effect on the issuer's priority? Are you aware of Bittrex's internal policies? How?
 
Checking your posts history(this forum has such a feature knew it?) I found something interesting:
You claim that your problem is solved today while your posts from the first beginning repeatedly is optimistic, advising people to be patient, blah, blah while making excuses for Bittrex , ... Why? What is your incentive?

Obviously you are a part ( a small part tho) of the scam,  you have come here to convince people that we are dealing with a controversy about the Bittrex being a scam or not and  the victims are responsible themselves, for issuing too many tickets, being impatient, and not begging for their coins.

You are disgusting,  your friends won't get away with this robbery I assure you, tell them on behalf of me, one of their victims, I won't give up, I will find them and make them to pay.

Yes! I was optimistic cause i didnt do anything, i used my brain just.

i know many members that get back their acc.

if you do above steps you will have big chance to get back yr money or acc.

Mine took 20 days but working.

i think bittrex guys not scammers . their business grew too big that they can solved a lot of problems with a few days

support not fast but working.

e-mail not working
support system working only , if you didnt got answer for long time 10-14 days or more you can find them on twitter with yr ticket number.

dont put big money to any exchanges... its the conclusion.

Enough bullsh*t, it is already a scam even if Bittrex would 'mercifully' pay back our coins, right now. Don't you understand? They have used our deposits to cover their interests while we have lost opportunity to take advantage of our assets in the market.

Saying nonsense about Bittrex being overloaded and the support is too busy and so on is so rude of you newbies Angry

They were not busy enough to classify their users and identify the most vulnerable ones with little or zero access to law enforcement authorities in the USA?

They claim their 'attack' has targeted less than 0.1% of their user base, it is now more than 3 weeks and even for a very small support team of 3 employees it was absolutely possible to process 4000 users meantime, so either they are lying about the number of their victims or they have 4 million active, registered users, or they do not process anybody's account.

They are thieves, Bittrex 'guys', and should be prosecuted properly, making fake accounts here and trying to fool people by posting worthless comments, just doesn't help. Trying to make confusion and fooling people is just another sign of the simple fact that Bittrex scam is a continuous evil plot, they rob people then they deny the robbery to keep the scam up and running.

For those who have any doubts about what Bittrex is doing with so called "blocked" deposits (actually the stolen coins) this reddit thread says everything:

Starting to feel as if Bittrex employees are spending more time on this board than actually working on Support tickets. As far as I’m concerned Bittrex is a scam and should not be trusted. Time to spread the word.

I live about a mile from the Nevada address on file its a common office no sign 8 x 10 said be back 1 hr on the door, will take pic next time to prove it.
I swear the Richard lieaa or whatever his name is looks like a bogus pic

They took all our accounts and invested for themselves and if they win they can just unlock the accounts with our $ and say oh sorry.
Then repeat the process, They Loose they are gone already.
