What should 0.1% of BITTREX user do?
What should i do?
How long we need to wait a case classified as a criminal?

I can't say too much anymore, i'm exhausted
I have a basic verified account with $8K worth in it.
No access to bittrex.slack.com
Nothing to do just wait, even waiting forever.
Atleast i can withdraw my leftover funds.

Here something you can read about :

Although 16 days is more than enough for a scammer to be prepared for the consequences. But I doubt Bittrex can get away from this one Wink

Just do your job, file a complaint and wait Smiley

Oh my lord...That's so damn terrible. Never seen bittrex doing such things before ,and 16 days is too much.
Maybe this is being done because of SEC going after bittrex, so bittrex wants to be "compliant" with the rules and regulations. What else can they do ,for them blocking a few accounts is better than losing than millions of dollars.
Don't give up on your money thats there in bittrex,be careful next time you create a account and keep big amounts of money in it.
Maybe you're living in a country which is there in the OFAC list. If you don't know what OFAC is,its a regulation kind of thing in US,you're not supposed to have any sort of trade related to US,or other countries which are  associated with US.
Here is a link of OFAC:- https://www.treasury.gov/about/organizational-structure/offices/Pages/Office-of-Foreign-Assets-Control.aspx
Usually, only banks and the like use this as a tool for their due diligence whenever required.

In last 16 days we have many complaints and problems around Bitterx just because of this new rule please give KYC wired thing is they are not giving official statement whats going on just because of this now I am personally realizing keeping money on these exchanges is very risky because they can ruined your life without any notice like we have many in past need to do some serious work about this but who will do

It's governmental pressure, so that's not really something we can blame Bittrex entirely for. The only thing you can blame Bittrex for, is the lack of proper communication with their traders - especially in a situation where accounts are blocked for whatever reason. If there is one thing that people hate, then it's being them being kept away from their funds, which is pretty much understandable.

just because of this now I am personally realizing keeping money on these exchanges is very risky because they can ruined your life without any notice like we have many in past need to do some serious work about this but who will do
Keeping any sort of funds on-exchange has always been a risky practice. People store their coins offline to avoid situations where an exchange blocks their accounts, which results in people not being able to access their funds. In case of a trader, things are a bit different - in order to properly trade, keeping funds on-exchange is unavoidable.

Usually, only banks and the like use this as a tool for their due diligence whenever required.
As of OFAC stuff:
Once a user signs up with Bittrex s/he reveals her/his residency and nationality information in the verification process ultimately. In my case, even before going through sign-up process with this site, I explicitly asked about my situation as an Iranian with them and they officially informed me they are ok with it and they have no discriminative policy to be applied here, so I signed up and went through extended verification process.

Now, let's assume that things have changed and they are pushed by a dumb head in Trump's administration to keep people like me out of the cryptocurrency ecosystem (what a messy idea). Obviously it doesn't happen overnight and suddenly. If Bittrex was anything other than a cheap scammer, they should warn me to close my account, withdrawing my funds, saying goodbye.

Instead, apparently they have found it more juicy to 'borrow' my coins (like thousands of other people) now for 16 days (and perhaps forever).

So, I think it is nothing more than a scam, they may have lost users' funds in some kind of a gambling (like pumping some shit coin, as they are used to)  or not, it is just about their escalated greed. Either way, they are scammers and should be prosecuted properly and if Trump is so busy ruining America forever and his General attorney or FBA don't give a damn, it doesn't mean Bittrex can get away with this scam. I can guarantee this, they will pay for it.

If you have financial conditions, you can hire a lawyer and together with your lawyer travel to the US and in the US you can go to the headquarters of the bittrex and seek to know why your account was blocked if the response of bittrex is not a pleasant answer you are your lawyer can report the case to the police in the US and even can take the bittrex to the court, here in the forum you will not be able to solve your problem, because these exchange have managed to have so many customers that they can ignore 2% of their clients and this not affect their business

Bittrex might have said that their won't be any issues, and no discrimination policy would have also been mentioned. But the thing is now that crypto currency is a new trend for people, and a lot of scamming is taking place, the US security board, SEC has been strictly monitoring US crypto related companies and stuff.
I don't think bittrex is a scam because till now not all the accounts are blocked, and they are still operating. Maybe they are scared that the SEC might shut them down if they don't take any action, so maybe just maybe that's the reason.

It seems to be still in place:

Quote
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING PARAGRAPH CAREFULLY BECAUSE IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH BITTREX AND LIMITS THE MANNER IN WHICH YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF FROM BITTREX.

(a) You and Bittrex agree to arbitrate any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services or Bittrex Materials that cannot be resolved informally, including personal injury disputes, except that you and Bittrex are not required to arbitrate any dispute in which either party seeks equitable and or other relief for the alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets, or patents. ARBITRATION PREVENTS YOU FROM SUING IN COURT OR FROM HAVING A JURY TRIAL.

(b) You and Bittrex agree: (i) to attempt informal resolution prior to any demand for arbitration; (ii) that any arbitration will occur in King County, Washington; and (iii) that arbitration will be conducted confidentially by a single arbitrator in accordance with the rules of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) then in effect. Other than class procedures and remedies discussed below, the arbitrator has the authority to grant any remedy that would otherwise be available in court. WHETHER THE DISPUTE IS HEARD IN ARBITRATION OR IN COURT, YOU AND BITTREX WILL NOT COMMENCE AGAINST THE OTHER A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.

TOS is not applicable when it is against the law or is arranged to be used as an excuse for the perpetrator to commit crime against the signee. A service provider can not make you to sign an agreement against yourself.

On the contrary, attempting to do so (fooling people to 'tick' a checkbox then stealing their funds and saying 'hey, you have given us the right to take your money for nothing other than our sole decision') it makes things even worse for Bittrex, they should be prosecuted for plotting the fraud intentionally.

It is why US prisons are overloaded: criminals are fool enough to think other people are fool and they won't be caught.

Yes, but Bittrex TOS are very well crafted. They are not asking you to go against any law or your own will. You basically agree that they are holding your property but at any point can sieze it without giving you an explanation and later YOU will have to jump out of your skin to prove it was illegal siezure, and after that you will still be unable to sue, before meeting them and trying to settle.
Since crypto have little regulation services who deal with alot of money trying to protect themselve from any possible liability (not only bittrex, look at Tether.to TOS - it practically says they don't really have to cash your USDT at all).
Unless solid exchange regulation established and agreed, we will see more and more of similar cases - where anyone does anything to protect their assets. Having TOS in scarcely regulated market is like having no TOS at all.

Latest news:

After scamming millions of dollars from its users, finally Bittrex did something just now: They have banned IPs from Iran!

I think they have blocked (stolen) hundreds of Iranian users' deposits and now, they are doing something about it: They ban their IPs! Good! Isn't it?

At least they are doing something, they are alive, they think and they act, excellent, hopes comeback.

Trump is used to be a corrupted merchant, we all know, so it is no surprise that America in its way to become great again, is inventing a new line of scamming technologies: AML based scamming!

This new scamming technology, Trumpocammy (Trump has not applied for the patent yet, so no , I'm not violating his copyrights), is state of the art of ruining a country's reputation in the world and Bittrex is just practicing it.  Grin

In Trumpocammy, the scammer uses political, legal, regulative, religious, moral excuse to steal money from others and hides behind some kind of a fake patriotism. It has worked for Trump himself and now is rapidly growing in American market place as a hot trend.

hey guys

Bittrex not scam but has a limited employees for support tickets. and lack of communication from their owners. not the best policy but not scam.

My acc has been upgrade today and i can withdrawn my all money from there.

my suggestions:
1. open one ticket. dont open multiply ticket cause you have putted to bottom line of requests.
be polite and informative. your ticket contains all necessary info about your problem.
2. be patient . wait for a while your request going to be solved by support. I did not got any messages but my problem has been solved.
3. if your problem is still exists after 10-14 days or more. send messages to bittrex employees on their official twitter channel . dont bagging them just send a reminder with your unsolved ticket number. iv sent messages to all bittrex employees once and another to channel. and some reply to their posts. dont bagging them . reminds them only with a few message.

My originally problem was error on verification process 20 days ago. after a little time turned the message to name mismatch error and iv created a follow up ticket on original ticket  3 days ago and today my acc is enhanced finally.

Good luck
