This is uncommon auction idea.
Things are simple, i have 90 BTC, offer me your mining hardware !
- the mining hardware with highest mining speed wins ;
- escrow trough John its a must ;
- auction ends on monday 8 PM forum time.

This auction is a joke. You need to state all terms in the first post, not change them after you realize you don't like the results.

He-he-he. Your behavior is the goal of ASIC sellers. Poor victim of advertising.  Grin

But if you really want to invest your money, I'd recommend pyramining. Pyramining already installs new hardware and in nearest future you will be able to assess all power of ASICs without waiting of post delivery and f-ing with configurating of hardware and software.

While I really like and honor hard defined terms and contracts, there should always be some space for common sense due to human nature. I don't want to turn this into an OT discussion, but just think about the effects of a typo. "Hi there, I bid 40 BTC / AM direct share" ... I'm sure, you see, what I want to say. I think OP learned his lesson and will make up clearer terms next time.

To OP: I think the best way to go would have been to define minimum specs.
