To date I got 6x airdrops stolen from Cryptopia. BTX and Deeponion. And no solution in sight. They are insolvent at best. Stay away, and report them to www.fdrs.org.nz

Do you have any other proof that cryptopia stole your coins?

I am still using this exchange site and until now I am holding few coins there.

Let me know if you put 2fa enable because I heard that there are traders hack their account without 2fa enabled.

Now I enable my 2fa and I think until now I didn't experience any issue of using their exchange what I mined from mining altcoin I exchange it to cryptopia and didn't experience any problem as of now ... Better to try to contact support on facebook page of cryptopia or in other social media because sometimes they are answering my question on their social media page.

Check this facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cryptopiaexchange/ for twitter https://twitter.com/Cryptopia_NZ

And hope that they can answer you fast.

There are several technical problems not only on cryptopia, but also on other exchangers with XEM as you also can read on this post of January
https://forum.nem.io/t/exchangers-and-their-problems-with-nem-xem/11698/2
Maybe it will help to contact the devs of XEM.

There are no technical problems with Cryptopia, their wallets are active, connected and up to date.
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfo

Witholding of funds is done intentional to gain interest from staking and airdrops. I lost already 6 times which is more than 2000$ worth of value they cashed in.

Well Zocadas is talking about XEM which as of the moment is in Maintenance status. Deeponion and BTX wallets are okay though.

I experienced not receiving an airdropped coin too on cryptopia before, but it was credited right away after I sent a support ticket. However, what's different now is that it takes time before they could check and respond to tickets that will obviously cause a delay in crediting the balance. It's always better to receive an airdrop in the token/coin wallet instead in an exchange.

PS. Why open a new thread instead of posting in your old thread?

You can message them through their Facebook group. Someone even answered, telling me it takes now 39 days to receive eventually an answer to a support ticket. WTF?!
