There are no technical problems with Cryptopia, their wallets are active, connected and up to date.
https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/CoinInfoWitholding of funds is done intentional to gain interest from staking and airdrops. I lost already 6 times which is more than 2000$ worth of value they cashed in.
Well Zocadas is talking about XEM which as of the moment is in Maintenance status. Deeponion and BTX wallets are okay though.
I experienced not receiving an airdropped coin too on cryptopia before, but it was credited right away after I sent a support ticket. However, what's different now is that it takes time before they could check and respond to tickets that will obviously cause a delay in crediting the balance. It's always better to receive an airdrop in the token/coin wallet instead in an exchange.
