how to mine via xmr-stak-cpu

some of my miner asking for if they can use xmr-stak-cpu to mine in our pool .. i just need to know if this will increase the miner hash or anything special if so how this can be use to mine in pool any guide or any help will be appreciated ..

So any special config need to work with mine via xmr-stak-cpu in pool pool or this just for miner end to be done in miner config

They should try with several miners if they want performance.

It truly depends on the CPU they use.

We use Xmrig and xmr-stak-cpu, and they work fine. We prefer xmrig because it works better in our rigs.

I get good results with an amd ryzen 1800x around 580 h for xmr

I get good results with an intel i7 6700t around 170h for xmr with very little power used  this surprised me  as My pc uses 44 watts to run this on 3 threads.

the older software did same hash using 6 threads but power was around 90 watts
