Hey Kraken,

I've had a withdrawal of ETH "ON HOLD" for over 24 effing hours now!

I've sent a support request - no human response. The withdrawal address that I am using has been used many times before but I can't even cancel the withdrawal to try another address.

I also get nonsense messages when I try to withdraw LTC. Something about not being available to Tier 4 verification.

WTF IS GOING ON? You are denying me access to my funds and are therefore preventing me from investing in other tokens and I am losing profits. Legal proceedings?...

I remember having something similar a few months back, It was because my country wasn't supported. Apparently, It should be one of these reasons. If they don't apply to you, contact support and wait.

I've checked your link to the reasons. I am withdrawing, not depositing.

I also checked the reasons for "ON HOLD" when withdrawing. None of them are applicable in this case either.

Kraken and their so-called support are a shower of sh*t.

Thanks for the link. I'll follow up on that.

In respect to your suggestion, Kraken are repeatedly insulting me with their refusal to offer support in relation to this matter, hence denying me access to my funds.

This is not the only issue I have recently had. I have been more than tolerant. I have a collection of meaningless apologies from them, all recent. Upgrades have not resulted in better service, quite the contrary.

If I violate any T&Cs they can impose various sanctions but if they screw-up do they suffer any penalties? No. Do they offer any compensation? No. Just empty apologies.

I am a paying customer. They are not providing their 'service' gratis. I pay for it. I am not receiving it.

Regretably, I have pointed many of my friends and workmates in their direction.


Once again, thanks for the link but keep your advice to those that have been less tolerant than me.
