In respect to your suggestion, Kraken are repeatedly insulting me with their refusal to offer support in relation to this matter, hence denying me access to my funds.
This is not the only issue I have recently had. I have been more than tolerant. I have a collection of meaningless apologies from them, all recent. Upgrades have not resulted in better service, quite the contrary.
If I violate any T&Cs they can impose various sanctions but if they screw-up do they suffer any penalties? No. Do they offer any compensation? No. Just empty apologies.
I am a paying customer. They are not providing their 'service' gratis. I pay for it. I am not receiving it.
Regretably, I have pointed many of my friends and workmates in their direction.
Once again, thanks for the link but keep your advice to those that have been less tolerant than me.
