I made a bank transfer to cex.io a month ago and still nothing is showing up in my account.

Support is not being of any help, they are just leaving me with automated messages saying they have escalated the issue to the correspondent team, but nothing.

I've opened 4 different cases and all of them with the same results. None.

I'm starting to think they stole my money. I deffinitely do not recommend Cex.io to anyone.

If someone has been through the same situation and managed to get it solved, please let me know how you did it.

Hi mate, first of all just stay calm, your money is not stolen... myself I got it after more than one month but finally arrived.

Cex indeed has issues with the payment processor since 2 months now, similar reports are here, where from time to time a Cex support is escalating the complaints

You'll get your money at some point, it's actually CryptoCapital messing around with the funds, Cex is struggling to get to their almost nonexistent support to fix this shit.

Take it easy with Cex, they are honest and trying to help, to fix the issues but they are very slow dealing with too many complaints ...

I'm never used Cex but what you could do is call them directly if they have a phone number listed on their website. You can either ask to speak to a manager or ask them to escalate your support ticket. There's been similar complaints recently, but it seems that they all get resolved eventually.

I have just recently signed up with Cex.io and so far so good. Really like their platform with many options included. Regarding withdrawals, I only had one but directly to the Debit Card. And it was ultra-fast - instant!

Same to me.

I made a bank transfer a month ago, but still nothing showing up.

They just keep replying me with automated messages.

I don't want to believe they stole my money, I think they are pretty serious but this delay with other people money is unjustifiable.

Don't worry - the one thing I have learned about dealing with exchanges is that they are about as frustrating as being a one legged man in a bum kicking competition. But seriously you should not have to worry about losing your money. CEX.io have always paid my money into my account but it can take time. It is not just them all the Exchanges are having the same problem. At least CEX.io make some effort to respond to people on this forum unlike some others.

Just be patient you will get your money eventually.

Can you actually do this or have you posted this for a bit of humor Smiley

Most exchanges are like Fort Knox - getting to anyone inside is pretty close to impossible.
