does Steve Wozniak sell all its bitcoins affecting the decrease in bitcoin value ..? and I do not know why in saying buy bitcoin as an experiment only .. and when that bitcoin price is only $ 700 with the hope that at this time he will get big profits.

When he  is just doing experiment of  holding  Bitcoin  is a very shallow reason just before he said he sell his coins he had strong manifestation of appreciation bitcoin coin. Then suddenly he turned to his statement against bitcoin coin that a clear Bluff. to manipulate bitcoin price so that many people will  dump and they have a chance to buy enough bitcoin at low  price.

Yes i just wanted to add one more thing that he sold all his bitcoin this does not mean bitcoin is going to down and it will never be actually but 2018 is not in favor of bitcoin and i think it does make sense because at the end of 2017 btc is going excessively up and in 2018 it is maintain a balance rate hope it will come back to its real form again
