Whats the difference between "Activity" and "Posts"

I have a couple posts but no activity??

Activity = time (total time logged in) + post count - search for the activity formula

Posts = post count

activity updates every 30 minutes

activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Activity is updated every 30 minutes.

No.

Activity = min (posts ; days).
And days are capped by groups of 14
