What does it take to get the volume discount on CampBX? They state it exists in the FAQ but decline to say what the levels are.

They can't even do a verification within the timeframe they state on their website, and they steal money from people so they can use it to boost their own liquidity.  I wouldn't worry much about a discount with that kind of fraud going on.  Check this out for proof and more -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=281784.0

I haven't had any issue with CampBX and have done a bit of volume through them, but never received any discount.

Sounds like that's an issue to me.  Sadly yet another contradiction to their own website's written words.  I'd call that a lie but, hey just my opinion.

I thought thye said to contact them for volume discounts...? I never contacted them, so maybe that's why i'm not getting one...not so sure it's an outright lie. I think you're going a little overboard spreading all this stuff about them.

They got back to me. The discount is that fees are 0.25% if you trade over 500BTC in a month. A refund is sent at the end of the calendar month.

Sweet thanks for the update. Support seems sufficient to me.
