Newbie member can post every after 6 minutes or 360  minutes and their is no limit in a day, but activity count will be counted only 14 activity every 14 days, you need 30 activity to rank to Jr. Member, stepping to next rank you need merit. Reed Theymos thread about it.

If your plan is to post as much as you can each day you'll get tagged as a spammer and will risk getting your account banned.

Focus your activity here on making good posts, with valuable contributions. Share something with this community that is helpful. Be a positive part of the discussion. If you do this, the activity and rank and merit will follow.

you can post as much as you want but you might get spammed so i wouldn't recommend it and for activity points you can only gain 1 a day so if you post 5 posts a day you will still get 1 activity point so you might as well just post 1 post a day if you're just trying to do it to rank up.

don't be interested in your activity but rather spend more time in rreadingto make a quality post and have a chance for merit. Activity is automatically created once you make a post and updated in every two weeks. 14 activity every two weeks no  matter how many post you will make.

You can post as many as you can , but your activity will not increase even if you make 100 post a day.  
Getting merit is more important cause if you dont have enough merit even you reach the required activity for that rank it useless.

You can post as many as you can but there is a limit in the activity it will not go up as soon as you reach that limit the important thing right now is the merit so you can rank up.

Even though you will do dozens of posts, your activity will increase by maximum 14 every 2 weeks. So don't try to spam and increase the activity, it won't work that way. Rather do some useful and thought provoking posts so that your activity will increase and you might get some merit too (merit will be required to update your rank after Jr. Member).

Regarding limitations of posts, it varies as per your current rank. Newbies can post a reply after minimum 360 seconds from the last post.

I appreciate the information about how the system works, even though I'm not in any particular need to exploit or maximize it. The system for ranking up has changed and evolved since I joined five years ago and it is interesting to know how it works in its current form.

I will reiterate what others have said, which is that no matter how the system works in terms of awarding activity points and merit, the strategy will be the same. Post only when you actually have something to say. The more you "listen" and learn here, the more intelligent things you will have to share, and therefore, the more you will be able to post.

I think should first get rid from prioritising to increase your activity but prioritise for learning firfor,  i am pretty sure you will have a good journey here.  I am pretty you will have great time here.
