Don't even get me started about the safety and fire issues related to their PSU
Ouch, you had it worse than me. At least my product works -- even though they mined all the good mine out of it the 6 months prior to me receiving it.
I am curious though, which PSU do you have and what were your concerns? The one I received looks like this:

Yep THAT is THE Piece of SHIT……
As for my concerns, I am not about to help out BFL after they fucked me over…… only to say that I spent over 20 years sourcing/manufacturing electronics,
and ensuring they comply with safety regulations (normally only the ones related to death of a family member)
Basically regulations fall into two main areas
1. Smacked corporate bottom … don't do it again…
2. Prison time,mega serious fines for negligence, endangering the public, Customs bans for safety/fire hazards.
The BFL product falls into the second category for a number of reasons.
1. Access to live parts without the use of tools
2. Creepage and clearance distances between live parts.
3. Low Voltage Directive (LVD) 2006/95/EC*
Also under BSEN & Australia,Hong Kong, Singapore, Norway safety standards.
Just don't place the unit on/near any conductive/ flammable surfaces whilst it is operational, that way the worse it will do is cover the area with a dense black toxic soot & smoke should it fail…
* A freebie for BFL….
The limit for TOTAL CONTENT of re-grind plastics on a plastic product should be significantly less than 30%.. on a non-contamination mix basis.
