looks like you dint read my question.
i dont want a whitelist, i want to know the usual tip for a free service. the transaction was worth only 0.12 btc

Sorry I thought that you wanted a list of free escrows....

It is up to you to give any tips you want.
If it's free, you can even give nothing.


I would say that for a 0.12 btc transaction, 0.01 btc fee would be fine/enough, but it's up to you.

I think its too much. 1% to 3% is reasonable. For such small amouts maybe up to 5%.

It would be nice if you sent a 0.05 BTC fee for a 1BTC transaction, but it is totally up to you... I am in the process of create a 100% free escrow service, but it will be finished a long time from now!
