Hello. I need btcQuick Support but I'm restricted to the newbie boards. Could a mod please move this to the appropriate thread.

Order #16279 Placed for 1.853 btc. I selected to have it transferred to my wallet address, it never was . Instead I received an email saying my private key was ready to download. When I view the order it says it was delivered to my wallet address. No answer by phone or email.
