Hello. I need btcQuick Support but I'm restricted to the newbie boards. Could a mod please move this to the appropriate thread.

Order #16279 Placed for 1.853 btc. I selected to have it transferred to my wallet address, it never was Angry. Instead I received an email saying my private key was ready to download. When I view the order it says it was delivered to my wallet address. No answer by phone or email.
There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.
