When it comes to managers, it is always best to look for someone who has a high rank to make sure that it will not result to scam. I had a bad experience before with regards to a newbie manager and he just disappeared after a month, and i really regret joining that. However, there are ICO that uses a new account to handle their campaigns and mostly they use the name of the company itself.

I've seen a campaign with a newbie bounty manager is that trustworthy? Do you think this campaign can be not a scam?
Thank you for your answers.
Personally, I wouldn't join a bounty with a newbie campaign manager. It may be a bit bias but that's just one personal rule I strictly follow. I wouldn't take any chances in joining such bounties and waste my time. Better to be sure with bounties being managed by hero or legendary members with a good trust rating.

I would not advise to participate in such bounty, a lot of scammers lately. Pay attention to the trusted managers

If devs manage bounty campaign themself, it is normal. A lot of bounties are like that. WeLocal for example.

When I see bounty campaign started by newbie I just continue to looking another campaign, because I'm afraid to be scammed again. If you already have good project on paper and you wanna start ICO , then you should pay some campaign manager like yahoo62278. Because he have trust from many members on this forum.

I also try not to participate in companies where the manager is new. If the team is not ready to pay for quality work to manage their company, it is unlikely that it will adequately pay for your work.

In general I wouldn't trust them, but you gotta look to the credibility of the project as well. For instance if the project is small and doesn't look like it has a lot of interest, there is a good chance you won't get paid out. If the project is big and already had a pre-sale raise then it is likely you will get some tokens. Each case is different, none are the same.

Thank you for your answers.
If a newbie running the campaign the chance of scam is higher because he will not worry if he gor red painted after scammed the people. But we can't say all newbie campaign manager are scammers there were few legits too you can find about them seeing their past managed campaign or research about that project he is is managing.

Of course Smiley). You should know that there are a lot of bounties managed by a newbie account but the problem is they're member of dev team of ICO project which running these bounties Smiley). They did that cause they don't want to pay money to hire other managers in this forum although they know that truthworthy manager will make their bounties become more attractive.

It's nothing to be afraid of, don't worry about it. It's a usual situation.

It doesn't mean scam automatically. If it's new project - their account will be new. And vise versa - scammers can easily "hire" Full Member for managing their campany for trust reasons.

there are some managers buy rank cooper member to become bounty manager and they do not look like newbie. it's better than using a newbie rank because this forum really appreciates it. a newbie is considered unfit to provide information about a project let alone manage a campaign.
