I'm considering set up a HPC mining rig start-up project. The rig will use floating point co-processor for FPGAs which could create compute blocks with 4096 processors (8 TFLOPs) in each unit.

But the question is: Could multi-core floating point co-processor helped (or not) for FPGA Bitcoin mining?

sh256 is does not use floating point.

If you don't understand this, you are way over your head.
