MTGox phone number?

Does mtgox have a contact number? I have yet to to get my funds from 3 months about and email support is just wonderful. Has anyone tried to call or have a number to call?

ETA: Tibanne, Gox's parent company (of which Gox is the only major subsidiary), appears to no longer be speaking for Gox and will refuse inquiries about Gox issues. It's pointless to call them.

Idunno if you were around to remember it, but Nefario from GLBSE only answered maybe 1/10 of the times you called him during its collapse.  Total crapshoot. The same may be true of Gox if the line's not disconnected. Keep in mind, they're on nearly-opposite time-zones from the US, and don't have any CSRs around when it's not JP business hours.

(not suggesting Gox is collapsing, fwiw - but they're definitely swamped with customer complaints and questions)
[ETA: Gox support does occasionally post on the forum, but the thread has to be extremely negative, usually over-the-top where they feel they can actually do damage control. It's a terrible precedent to set, and maybe you should consider taking advantage of it for an official reply. ]

I dont remember. When I call from skype it tells me destination is temporarily blocked. I dont normally use skype so im guessing disconnected. I have already made other calls to japan with it today.

I just called the phone number in this thread. A lady answered, and she told me that they are not mt gox and i should email mt gox. she kept saying "this is not em tee gox. this is <some other company>.". They obviously get a lot of calls for mt gox, probably this thread, so I thought I follow up and let everyone know the number is wrong.

The contact info for mt gox in this thread is completely incorrect. it is for an IT company that may or may not have anything to do with them. I called up, and they seem to get a lot of calls for mt gox. The friendly japanese girl on the line told me i will need to email mt gox for support, because they are not mt gox.

I would suggest people stop calling the number in this thread, and if any mods get the chance they should probably remove it.

If anyone does have any real phone details that work please do let us know.

Tibanne is Gox's parent company (Gox being the only major subsidiary, 2nd largest being Kalyhost which is insignificant in comparison), which handles virtually all of MtGox's affairs (legal, finance). They used to be more public about the connection, but it looks like Gox doesn't mention Tibanne anywhere on the site, now, and Tibanne no longer publicly lists Gox or Mutum Sigillum (which used to be the shell company Dwolla transactions went in and out of) on their site.

NB tried this number and it has been "blocked by Skype"...which I think means blocked by Tibanne/Gox

Many people are hand problems with Gox withdrawls. It's best buy BTC and transfer to another exchange or localcoins.
