Poloniex freezing accounts again

I've been a legacy account user with poloniex since 2016 and last week i was told that i need to provide KYC. I actually did submit everything already but my account still says "Unverified." All my funds are locked and there has been no response to support tickets.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem and should i be worried about my money?

Thanks for the link. The comments on that thread were quite helpful especially when you're mad and see how much people stood to lose.

Anyway, i'd just also like to report now that Poloniex has successfully verified my account and I am able to withdraw my coins again. I might just keep it there for now, i'm already verified anyway, what else can they do to take my money right?

Poloniex is very much a compliant exchange, I'd like to verify my account here because this is such a huge exchange, but this is after they improve their support system, there are just so many complaints from their support which is very bad.

I have never experienced that. Poloniex is a trusted exchange. It is actually the first exchange i have traded with. I like the platform of poloniex. But i have heard a lot of complains like this. I have seen people say polonoex would take a long time to answer complains like this. Just be patient. It will come.

I also had the same problem, not only you and me, but I saw a lot of people on the Internet who also had frozen accounts.
I think we should stay away from the poloniex exchange now.

Poloniex team many times noted about verifications. And any trader has opportunities to withdraw own funds. Day by day but it was possible. Trading volumes are dumping on this exchange. Why you stay on it in this case?

It's mostly for legacy users or those that have old accounts. They had notifications sent through emaolsils for old accounts to update profiles for security and if you don't comply within a certain time, that's when they'll freeze your account. I don't think polo is only one doing this recently though.
