I have a loophole for RBI crypto ban to continue trade BTC in India.

Like Indian law do not permit Grambling on the land of India so in goa, poker is playing on a ship.

Same way, I have found loophole which will allow Indian exchange to trade crypto.

I don't think they will ban in India.  In Goa there are on land casino as well which is adjacent  to hayat.  As per the remours and leaks they will regulate the crypt currency.

Rather than going with loophole, for now i am waiting for the RBI's team which is working on the analysis of the currency. I hope that they will see the benefits and an market for us and will allow the trading legally.

These are not loophole.Gambling and poker have been approved by the government in GOA because of the tourist place.they are fully legal in GOA.

OP - Really you have the loophole and all other in country do not have it. So in that case you must be genius to have it and may be for some day it may work and then what will happen when you get caught? Or are you saying it is full proof and no one in their entire life will know?

But btc to other altcoins will be allowed.

So i have a plan to lauch one XYZ to BTC trading pair.
So i have a plan from where customers can buy this XYZ and trade in exchange and how to redeem this XYZ to INR

If i get any invester for establishing new exchange or any existing exchange join my plan. Please contact me.

I like your enthusiasm, but this is no way a loophole or even anything close. Even I can start trading btc for mangoes then sell mangoes for 10,00,000 INR each.
When RBI 'ban' trading crypto, it does not mean BTC/INR only.

At first sight there was all signs of a possible scam, but now i am guessing you must be a teenager spending too much time on hackforums  "how to make money e-book" section. 
because you can't just make this up

I see your hosticon topic https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=636072.20 , anyway , i thought your plan was silly for obvious reason. you are trying to evade the crypto trading ban by converting btc to 'xyz' (whatever that be), and then converting 'xyz' to Inr..may be your xyz is a stablecoin like tether..but that is still crypto trading.

and i don't think FEMA will alow this btc/xyz and xyz/inr - as far as we are talking about exchanging btc and transferring money to your own bank account.

Well let's just wait and see what Govt and RBI would do. I do hope that they see that exchanges are doing KYC and there no chances of money laundering plus people are not asking for any kind of backing while trading in crypto, so they should not pull the banking support off of the exchanges.

I like ur plan , But there are already many currency Where Inr/Abz Qnd Btc/Abz are trading right now.. if government bans Cryto use with bank... how third person will buy bitcoin If fully currency banned

We need a coin setup Which is from other country and base from India . Which Accept Btc and Inr both , but this is Illegal way . govt will get to know about that and plan flop.
