Help me. I have 201,480 but I do not transfer it to my account. I press "withdraw" and the page refreshes and nothing happens. Sorry, you have not reached the minimum payout: 150000 says satoshi.

You only "have" Bitcoins when you own the private key. My guess is you have an account on a certain website: please start by saying which website that is.

Proper wallet-only services like Blockchain don't refer to a "minimum payout", or "withdrawal" only a minimum "spend/send", typically dependent on current network fees. You're definitely not using a wallet service but attempting a withdrawal from some service. A screenshot or exact url of the website service you're asking about would help greatly.

Lack of information Sad
If you want help, you should start by sharing all relevant information. It sounds to me like you're trying to withdraw from for example a faucet site to your Blockchain wallet.

My English is a little bad.
Coinfast.win is connected to the blockchain. I press "withdraw" and the page refreshes and nothing happens. Sorry, you have not reached the minimum payout: 150000 says satoshi.

Coinfast.win
You're posting this at the wrong place. You'll need their private support, not Bitcoin Technical Support.
I suggest you post here: CoinFast.win Faucet - Highest paying faucet - 200->10000 satoshi every 5 minutes.

It looks like a scam, many people complain they don't pay. They've also stopped posting on the forum. I don't think they'll ever pay you. Forget about them and go do something else.

Update: I've created [SCAM warning] CoinFast.win Faucet doesn't pay and left red trust to the scammer's account.
