Scammer: CoinFast.win Faucet doesn't pay

What happened:
I stumbled upon a new user asking for help to transfer his Satoshi. It turns out he was using a faucet site that doesn't pay.

Amount Scammed:
At least 0.0015BTC per user who doesn't receive payment. They claim:

I've personally verified his claim, by using his Bitcoin address to access the site (it felt like the early days of the internet again with many porn popups).

Additional Notes:
The scammer has abandoned his Bitcointalk account, and doesn't even delete scam accusations from his self-moderated thread anymore. But, his thread still gets bumped, so I'm creating this thread as a reference to leave him red trust.
