can be guaranteed that the gas cost is too low and the exchange doesn't proceed. it is probably going to be returned in or returned inside a couple of days. I have encountered a similar occasion. incorporate exchange evidence or screen capture to make it clearer.

Any chance to get it back. It is not yet received even with lots of confirmations.

I will suggest you give more details about the wallet because this might make it more clear to participants in this forum and someone might likely have an idea on what you can do to get your coin back and you can also take more time to continue sending message to the manager of the wallet until you get the coin back.

This might happen for a reason that you haven’t added proper transaction fee. You could try to make another transaction with proper fee or you may use your private key to a new version of the old wallet.

As long as you have the key I guess you will be able to find a way to recover it. You may wait for somedays because if your cryptocurrency has not been transferred to the old wallet it may return.

When you transfer money in crypto, there is no refund option. It is a good and also bad thing. Good for receiver, bad for payer. Or good for merchant and bad for customer Smiley.

There should be more specific information regarding the coin and wallet you have been using. If your old wallet has the option of exporting private key, then you should find a latest version of the wallet and export the key there.

I think the old wallet is not that much trust able  for holding the currency. I suggest everyone to select more suitable and stable ones which is preferable and safe.

If you are sending from exchange,  the exchange may help you for a fee!  If you sent the coin on your own,  there might be no way to retrieve your coin. If the value of the coin is high,  you may create a bounty and see what can be done in recovering your coin!

Old wallets are more reliable for me, they have special ways of workaing so I can put my money there and be calm about minimised losses and lack of disadvantages.
