Someone could explane stratum+tcp??

Hello all,

I do ave a BTmine Avalon 230 GH/s and a Antminer 180 GH/s.
They are both mining good at my pool http://uk1.ghash.io:3333.
But they don't mine in stratum+tcp://uk1.ghash.io:3333.

Can somebody tell me what i have to do to make this works?

It might be a stupid question, but i just don't understand.
