I don't know about his alt. But this kind of user not only tag they should be ban from forum who sell their comment. It's clear spam.

Another case, he is selling bumping service by higher rank account but I am not able to find his Bitcointalk id. He is offering I Will Bump Up Your Bitcointalk Thread Using High Rank . If any one can find his Bitcointalk account it will be appreciated.

Good catch. It will be useful to try to buy his services and discover what accounts he's actually using. I was truly surprised. Are they hacked accounts? Or maybe old ones in disuse? Perhaps bought ones?
I'm aware of the multiple uses of the forum to SEO services, but this is going too far. Maybe the solution is to buy one of the services and get all those accounts banned.

Sadly this is just one more way ICOs have perverted incentives related to the forum. I don’t see tagging him really doing anything. Technically speaking he could claim that any posts he made were the result of him actually wanting to post there.
