Masternode ROI calculation

Hello all, I'm trying to think through possible coin specs and block rewards for the relaunch of a coin that a community is taking over. 
It is a masternode POS/MN   coin.  Does anyone have  spread sheet or tool to help think through the different scenerios as the nodes open up.

Or if you have thoughts on what type of ROI we should aim for at different points I would love to hear our feedback.
