U can use Cryptsy if you trust them (since you're talking about api and not gui)

you can use many exchanges for this now www.cryptsy.com, www.cryptorush.in and www.pmtocoins.com all these are working very good for these currencies

Thanks for reply but cryptsy and cryptorush is just notification system no ? For generat new address and make withdraw in php like blockchain.info its possible ?
