So here I am giving this a shot yet again but this time I will only accept collateral based loan applications.
I tried lending with no collateral back in 2015 didn't find any suitable candidates back then.

This is a self moderated topic to avoid spammers

Newbies / Jr Members must provide collateral worth : 160% (Maximum $50)

Members and Full members must provide collateral worth : 140% (Maximum $100)

Sr Members must provide collateral worth  : 130% (Maximum $150)

Heroes must provide collateral worth : 110% (Maximum : $200)

Legendaries must provide collateral worth : 110% (Maximum : $300)

Heroes / Legendaries will also be considered for collateral-less loans on case by case basis and availability of funds

FOR ALL LOANS UNDER 30 DAYS A FLAT RATE OF : 10% will be charged

FOR ALL LOANS UNDER 60 DAYS A FLAT RATE OF : 20% will be charged


I WILL NOT CONSIDER LOAN REQUESTS FOR OVER 60 DAYS

PLEASE NOTE :

FOR LONGER THAN 3 WEEKS LOANS - IF COLLATERAL VALUE DEPRICIATES BELOW THE ACCEPTED RATES FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS, I WILL CONTACT THE BORROWER AND ASK FOR ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL. IF THERE IS NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE OR NO RESPONSE AT ALL YOUR ASSETS SHALL BE LIQUIDATED AND THE LOAN WILL BE DEEMED TERMINATED. _{THIS IS ENTIRELY DEPENDING ON MY JUDGEMENT OF WHETHER YOU WANT TO GENUINELY REPAY YOUR LOAN. I MAY WAIVE OFF ADDITIONAL COLLATERAL REQUIREMENT IF I FIND YOU TRUSTWORTHY}

I have never lent on the forum before so I will (still) be kinda skittish on this.

Loans will be disbursed in only : BTC / ETC / EQL


All collateral to be held by a trusted third party escrow within the forum OR myself. If you use a trusted third-party then you will be paying the escrow fees.


All loan applications are subjected to rejection or acceptance, or acceptance with modified terms based on the circumstances.

In case of delay in repayment

The borrower would have 48 hours of grace period to repay the entire loan amount and would need to pay an additional 5% interest.
If the borrower makes no attempts to repay or communicate I will acquire and liquidate the collateral to recover the investment.
