I am having trouble getting this miner to run with Windows 7.

I configured the miner with the technobit.eu drivers on the website (using first the mchpcdc.inf, then the mchpcdcB.inf) it seems to reconize the device ok with either driver.

Next I opened bfgminer with http proxy support to find that the proxy it creates is hashing at 0 using hexminer

Seems that hexminer is not connecting to the device properly?

The proxy that hexminer creates in bfgminer is proxy 3

Any help to get the setup correct would be appriciated.

Update:

After purchasing the TPLINK TL-MR3020 and flashing it with the 0_2_0 version off technobit.eu 's website the miner works great.

Do you just plug the TP Link router into your existing internet, I ask because I'm using a modem/router combo now. also does the Link have wireless options?   thanks

You plug it in then flash it with a precompiled cgminer, instructions are at this link : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=476326.0 . .  Not sure if the flash will work for another type/brand router.  The router itself is a wireless router, however I have that part turned off because to flash it you need a hardwired connection.
