Why do we want to sell stake in this project?


The funds raised here will be used to speed up the development process and pay our staff. Furthermore the investment process will help us build a big userbase, so that our site can flourish from the start. That is also the reason why we giveaway 2% of the stake for free!


What exactly do the stakeholders receive?


Basically the income that will be distributed to stakeholder consist of the following sources:

• Tradingfees of the exchange; 50% of all trading fees will be distributed to the stakeholders (25% reserved for costs and 25% are for the founders)
• Investment-gain-fees; 80% of those fees will be distributed (This fee occurs when the site-bankroll increases)

Hint: 100% of those funds will be used to pay dividends. The operating costs and wages will not be subtracted.

Escrow: We are currently in production and will stay there until the launch. The main reason for this IPO is to get enough funds so that we can focus on this project 100%. If all funds would stay in escrow until launch we could't work on this project full-time because we will drop other projects and need the income.

Bankroll: This is a seperate part, if you invest into the company, you will not have a stake in the sitebankroll. The bankroll is composed only by players that want to fund the bankroll. The model is very similar to the way just-dice.com does it, the difference is, here you can invest into a bankroll for multiple games.
