I lost a lot from Ponzi Hyip and ICO lending. I am currently holding some top 20 coin. The amount of money I owed is so great, I had to mortgage my house, I did not know what to do anymore, please help me advice if I should  continue in the Crytopia this or not?

You should not leave the Crypto market. You should engage in bountyd campaigns to earn a loan. The campaigns usually pay pretty well and I think in 6 months you can earn enough to pay your debt.
There are many ways to make money in this market and you should make the most of it.

This would be a lesson for many greedy people who always want to earn in an easy way, hoping that OP already recover from his losses. I advise not to used loan to have money to invest in multiple investment company specially in fonzi scheme which offering huge amount of return of investment and that promise in 99% will not give to the investors

Obviously, OP didn't listen to the most famous advice about investment which is "Invest only what you can afford to lose". He cannot afford because he has to pay first what he borrowed and if he will not be successful in his investment then he would have to suffer the consequences of it. It has been five months since OP ask about it so I hope he was able to figure out what he should have done and was able to pay his debt. His mistake is investing in HYIPs which is, more often not, a scam because it is too good to be true.

If ever you have borrowed from someone, then list all your debts and pay it one by one starting with the smallest amount so that it will remove some weight in your shoulder knowing that you have paid some of your creditors. Ask if there would be a chance for debt restructuring and they will most likely accept it than not being paid at all.

That is a very bad situation. You should perhaps stop on trading and start to work on regular job and settle those debts that you have. You need to fix those problems and only after that you can go back in trading if you are planning to because if you still insist, those problems will affect you and your trading.

It looks like you should sell all the coins you are having to repay, or you can wait and hope. If you keep buying more you are more likely to lose more or get all evaporated.

I see Hyip's investment risk is high, and always feel insecure. I advise you to explore and invest in electronic money especially Bitcoin and Ethereum, etc... Of course, the investment is risky but risky money is much lower than HYIP. It is important now to be patient for a short while. Hope you are lucky!

OMG how could you invest in crypto that came from your owed money my always know that when you are investing in crypto dont invest that you cant afford to lose and now you owed a money just to invest in crypto and  now you will lose your money OMG!

it seems you invest in crypto with out knowing what is it. as you been victimized by ponzi schem le and hype coins but you mention you are holding top 20 coins i suggest keep it for long term no matter how the price goes down as it can recover soon and you may able to redeem your losses. do your own research before investing not by just following hype from others.

In order for you to comeback and recover your losses in investing or trading cryptocurrencies, you must learn to control your self in doing it. Do not be panic on selling your coins if you know that it had increased and have patience on yourself so that you can minimize some losses. Don't be afraid to take risks in your crypto activities.

Yes it is very important to do our own research before investing because it will help us to avoid those scam investment and it can also help us to develop our own strategies to earn more profit in the future.

I don't recommend you to start trading with borrowing money. Cause tarding is not so easy. You can loss your whole money on it. So if you want to start trding you need to start with free money. You can get free money by joining bounty and airdrop.
