I don't think Bitibu is scam. They are most probably a group of developers who want to earn money via running an exchange with lack of community management, exchange support, do not have too much experience in trading (my ticket is related to that).

No negative intentions just lack of several assets. Unfortunately they are not aware of the importance of these assets.

This is unbelievable, I have requested my BTC withdrawal from BITIBU exchange already 4 days! and nothing is happening.

I have sent many tickets and NO ONE replies me!!

Seriously what is going on, You guys are just making it difficult for the people.
