Unfortunately everything you said and more can be accomplished using 5G hardware. There is a reason the US and China are in a cutthroat battle over the world's 5G systems, because it has dual use as a weapons platform.

I could go on for a long time about what this technology is capable of, but I won't because you wouldn't believe it anyway. All I am going to say is you would be amazed what you can accomplish with the right resonant frequency. Look into interferometrics, directed energy, and scalar technologies. There is a whole ever expanding laundry list of nefarious things you could do with it.

I'd like to know on the reasoning behind the DOD commissioning a paper like this to be written, what exactly were they researching that led them to want something like this written up?
