I think it's not really necessary. It is important that it can be understood and discussed.
Yes this absolutely not necessary and I wonder what they are turning bounties into. If probably English isn't accepted in the campaign I think there are sections whereby Bounty Manager asked to contact them via telegram before one can write on the project. So even if the writers English isn't okay to the Bounty Manager I still think he have every right not to reward such hunters than asking for Certificate. If he is going to drop some stakes for that, it will be better, if not. No need.

The presence of the certificate is not important. A person can learn English by himself. Importantly, he could convey his thought to others. The Manager said it was probably emotional. Because he was pissed. I don't think he's really going to ask for a certificate.

I think it is not necessary. Doing bounty campaigns only needs your amount of followers in order to get advertise. What is the use of your english proficiency if you have a few followers. And despite, this forum is a english majority users.

It is not necessary. many experts of English do not have certificates and they are also fluent in English. even many who might learn in itself so it does not need that kind of thing. Furthermore, it may be the manager also does not want to struggle to see it one by one.

not like you need to have cert. bounty manager can determine bounty hunters English proficiency by conversation and email. But the most important is how big the impact bounty hunter can make to the market. marketing skills and social media management become more essential skill compare to language.

Certificate is too much, but most of hunters should learn English better to fulfill all obligations and avoid making trash content for ICO promotion.
Learn language and increase your value !

I totally agree with that idea. Many bountyhunters use Google translate to post information which is of no use to any reader. This destroys the integrity of the bounty industry and makes it difficult for the people who are working hard to support the project they believe it. Instead of a certificate bounty  managers should also make an effort to check the quality of the posts that are being submitted.

There are two possibilities for this because I know that cryptocurrency covers the whole world by uniting languages, namely English.

1. It must be difficult to have a certificate because the bounty is only followed by anyone who wants to campaign, if such initial intentions are definitely discrimination.

2. It is also good to have a certificate because English is needed and KYC can also say it.

It could also be because of these factors that you have expressed, but unfortunately Bounty hunter is just freelance and it can be done by anyone.
With the expertise available, that is what can be done by bounty hunters, the certificate must be bought and they are also difficult to get it.

I believe that this should not be done as a prerequisite . Not everyone will be able to provide this certificate, if at all at least someone can . Knowledge of English ideally is not a decisive factor for good performance. Of course we all need to work on the quality of speech to make it even more useful.

I think that it is not necessary to prohibit to participate in the bounty because of the poor knowledge of the English language. The main thing is to convey the essence of the problem.

A bounty manager in one telegram group was mad at the bad English of some hunters and made a statement that his next bounties will require English proficiency certificate. What are your views.I think it will enhance posts quality .
well, there are two sides of the story. since english is international and used in crypto worldwide it is obvious we should learn it. but what if one only starting? and there s no need to humiliate people for a lack of it
