Should bounty hunters show English proficiency certificate?

I have seen a lot of people have repeated the same post every time.  And I guess you should not require English proficiency certificate.

As the bounty manager and it looks so easy for him to ban or disqualify a participant that doesn't meet a requirement.

There's another problem just like when you see the same post has been repeated every time.

We already have moderator here and as i guess good english is stated to its rule. So no need to have that certificate. For sure most of us have a good english communication and if ever not, mod will take.care about this matter.

Post history in the profile setting of members of the forum have already sorted out the issue of English proficiency! The reasons why high rank members are rewarded differently is because they are experienced, familiar with cryptocurrency and active!

What a load of nonsense, rank is only an indication of how long ago you have been a member, I have seen posts by Legendary members that could not string a coherent sentence together if their life depended on it.

if the campaign manager creates a rule like a certificate, I think it's pretty good with the idea with the aim of improving post quality and great for the competition between the bounty hunters

English is just a language,not the knowledge so english is not necessary to prove your skills about crypto currencies,but still if you posting in the english section your english should be understandable that will be enough or you just stick with your local board.English certificate is neccessary just ignore his all future campaigns.

That bounty manager needs to accept the fact that not all bounty hunters are english-speaking individuals. He needs to make the adjustments to them and not the other way around by creating this non-sense of an idea about english proficiency. Give all peoples a chance to join bounties, whatever language they may speak.

I don't think it is necessary to show English profieciency certificate to a bounty manager, unless their rules are to have a profecianal advertisers to their running campaigns. But it is hard to those people who's not really have a certifiate like that even me, And it's my second language here in my country and many people here don't ask for a certification or medal to show how fluent we are in English of any company I applied because they based it when how you talk to them in English and wrote a message for them they can literaly know it there.

that's good i think. a lot of participants just spam in the bounty group with his language themselves and for me, it does not look good. we need to appreciate other users on the group, with at least use English while chatting.

Totally disagree with this, There is no such a thing as English Proficiency Certificate. Don't do mother tounge shaming, English language can be learn through books or internet. Speaking english language efficiently does not mean anything, its the thought that counts. Being understandable is necessary not being a proficient english communicator.

I recommends and totally agreed on showing a proof of proficiency in English personally I have read some incomprehensible post and comments in some threads a bounty manager might not have the time to start reading comments one after the other but having certified all his participants he will be rest assured that the campaign will be a successful and stress-free one.

English is and International language we often use this language as primary medium in communication in field of social interaction,business and commerce worldwide but requiring a English proficiency certificate in Bounty Campaigns is not needed as long as you didn't join in Campaigns like translation,Blog,Moderator etc. this field require a high level English Proficiency due to its nature of function. someone must say those "Bounty Manager" that require a High level English proficiency take some consideration before requiring the unnecessary document. Just In forced the rules effectively while chatting English language in Chat rooms.

We are on different parts of the world that own different languages and i think this forum is not only for those who have a good english but for people who would like to know all about  cryptocurrency investment. Cryptocurrency is for all not only for people who are good in english only. As long as they have important idea to convey in thier post, please try to understand the idea and not checking the grammar or spelling.
