If you're in a hurry, you can use free Transaction accelerators like: ViaBTC-TxAccelerator as long as the fee is greater than 10sat/byte like yours exactly (24sat/byte).
If it was SegWit, the tx fee you've set might be different than what blockexplorers or accelerators can read; so if you want it to be >10sat/byte to be eligible, increase it to at least 20 sat/byte.
