Hi guys,

I have faced a particularly difficult situation.

My account is verified. I have been trading at Bittrex for over 1 year. Everything was ok.

21.11.2018 my account was blocked by Bittrex. The reason was "Your account has been temporarily disabled and is currently under compliance review, which entails an examination of recent and past account activity to ensure our users are in compliance with our terms of service."

I gave a response immediately. I specified that money is mine and I sent the money from another crypto exchange to Bittrex. What is actually the truth. I had provided the evidences of this transaction. Now it is more than 2 weeks gone and I have no answer at all! They just totally ignore me! When I write Bittrex life chat they say use ticket. As I said above tickets are useless!

Does anybody face such disrespectful attitude? How have you solved this problem?

I ask for your attention, help and advice. The thing is I cannot work, I fail my partners, I lose money.

Create a new ticket every 2 or 3 days and then make another report on their social media. It helps you a lot if you are doing it consistently,
they are reviewing your account because you never made that kind of transaction in the past, they are afraid that you are using their exchange to make a money laundering.
remember, always mind your manner when asking them a question.

honestly, this is not the first case and it will not be the last case involving bittrex, last year many people passed the end of the year with disappointments because bittrex arbitrarily closed the account of many people without giving these people the opportunity to withdraw their funds.

but in your case I have a question about this:


- Why are you hiding how many bitcoins you have transferred?

- how many bitcoins have you transferred to bittrex?

My account is verified.

Oh while you're moving small amounts, that's fine, but the minute you move very large amounts, then that Verified Account will not help. Summing up the Verified Account does not give you any kind of security, they can arbitrarily block your account when they want

There are so many scam reports on Bittrex (just search it on the forum) that their users have to like to play russian roulette with money to trust them. Review or not they closing your tickets without answering is a scammers practice. If you have there as much money as it looks be prepared for problems.

Slow death, This transfer is less than 1 BTC. The day before the blocking, I made a transfer of> 5 bitcoins, then I was soon blocked. Perhaps this is the place to be. But! The account has a high turnover of funds, multiple currencies, and long trading. All money is clean.

The problem is moving a large sum of money to the exchange for the first time will render your account on quarantine mode like I heard. You should talk to @pablowhale to find out more about  the issue and how to resolve it.  He's one of the trusted bittrex officials.

Get with someone of them straight in touch. Or buy a lawyer and pay him 50$ to send a letter to Bittrex with law suit comming.

I think you can fix it though the first alternative, if you're going to spend like 3-4 days on them.

And as fact on satoshi's bitcoins are clean lol
