It is still hard to trace or determine on which ico project are the legit one. But there are only few things that we need to consider for us to find out if the project has a potential or not. First, check the usages of the utility token they have, also the whitepaper, and of course the team and the owner's background of the project too. Then, lastly the allocation for the project especially for the bounty too.

A lot of teams nowadays intend to start ico projects because of those people who are newbies in terms of cryptocurrency.. They abuse the lack of knowledge of the people who are joining them... Thats why we should be vigilant in choosing ico projects  we want to invest with... Try to search with the dev team members identity... If they are really using their true identity and not just copied from others background... Look for the project or platform itself.. the original ICO team always dared to appear in an event and also they dared to do KYC, but not only that they also had to have experience in the business field that would help investors be more confident that the ico was not a scam.
