it's been more than 24 hours since I made a Zuflo Coin (ZFL) deposit on the Zedxe exchanger, my shipping status on etherscan has been successful, but the token is not included in the balance on my exchanger account, what should I do? did i lose my token?

if the status on Etherscan has been successful then it means that your transaction has been successful and what you have to do in my opinion is contact to the exchange by giving your email and the status of your transaction (screenshot or link). so you don't have to worry because it's something that often happens, because I've also experience the same thing as you (but different exchange), and what I did only contact to the customer service in the exchange, then I only waited 1 day and my token succeeded to be deposited in the exchange.

You will not lose your token as long as it is printed on etherscan, there may be a problem with the exchange, you must contact the team from Zedxe, via email, or other media, such as online chat, submit your complaint, if there are still no answers, do it repeatedly, I've experienced this, but in another exchange, and don't forget to include the etherscan link from your wallet as proof that the token has entered
I also hope that my tokens will soon appear on the zedxe account balance, I have sent proof of delivery to etherscan to the admin, and he is processing it

Sometimes transactions take long period time because of the traffic in the block chain. You should wait. However, it may not be that case, so you should also contact the support team.

Try to contact support. May be there's a traffic happen in the block chain because of kitten problem. All you can do is just wait.

I have received my token on the total balance on my zedxe account, by sending my transaction link to etherscan, thanks for the forum members who have advised me in finding solutions to this problems
