No. Here are the two major BTC-related subreddits and why they're not worth following:
r/bitcoin - extremely pro-Core/SegWit biased, history of censorship, also tends to be an echo chamber on bullish market sentiment. r/btc - extremely anti-Core/SegWit biased, in favour of Bitcoin Cash and most discussions are about it. An echo chamber for bullish market sentiment about Bitcoin Cash.
The subreddit r/btc was mainly created to retaliate against r/bitcoin and therefore even though it appears to be uncensored, it is an echo chamber against the opinions expressed in r/bitcoin.
Generally I would avoid Reddit when discussing crypto. To be honest there aren't any ideal mediums for BTC discussion, but on Bitcointalk it's at least fairly free and possible to have a reasonable discussion.
