<…>
-   Right, I just traced some merited moved posts on my local board, and the merit in the merit.txt file points to its new location.
-   Since I tried to download a post from all the topics where the deleted posts reside, I still find it weird only being able to retrieve content for any but 3 of the posts. It’s as if the norm is that merited deleted post are so after deleting/moving(>120 day old) the threads themselves. Either that, or I’m not getting something here …
-   Removed the quoted link.

In addition, I’ve broken down the data for the deleted posts, getting the following results:
Code:
year	month	nTxs	nPosts  nThreads  nMerits
2018 12 54 42 17 90
2018 11 156 145 124 230
2018 10 263 236 180 609
2018 9 439 399 284 848
2018 8 325 277 224 833
2018 7 426 357 302 957
2018 6 614 537 484 1509
2018 5 718 655 600 1425
2018 4 768 684 569 1604
2018 3 1159 962 735 2612
2018 2 1540 1280 879 3698
2018 1 1019 815 561 2746

Total 7481 6389 4959 17161 (some threads and posts can be on multiple month summaries).

nTxs nPosts nThreads nMerits
Distinct        7481 6291 4314   17161

Now logically recent months will tend to increase over time, but nothing like over the first sis months …
