so Soha reached out via pm again , was much more reasonable this time, decided he would take "malevolent" name out of the vouching story , and agreed to wait till and if malevolent actually does review his method.

even though this is not the reason for the tag, it was also a concern that now i think settled, since neither TMAN nor the other guys "denied" the user's rights to use their name as "vouch members" i will leave it for them to decide.

as far as the tag goes, i will give it 1-2 days if non of the mods gets back to me with an accurate answer of whether the account was locked before the new account was created - which means the whole concept of him not warning about the hacked account which he could have used to scam while not having to take any responsibility- would be invalidated.

* there is no guarantee that any of the mods will provide the information needed, therefore the absence of those information means : the rating will be removed.
* i will keep the tag if the information prove that he created the new account before he was locked-out of the old one.
* if 2 days pass and no information is presented, i will remove the tag, but if happens that one of the mods confirms the new account was created before the other one was locked/hacked at any later time - i will put the rating back.
