Most of the exchanges seem to want to deal only with Blockchain coins. I wonder, is there anyone who want to experiment with a non-Blockchain one, with its own protocol, own principles, etc. And if not, why?

What do you mean a non-blockchain coin? Can you elaborate a little bit? There are many coins that have their own protocols, principles, but they also have their own blockchains, or at least some kind of alternative ledger. For example, take a look at the directed acyclic graph DAG coins:

https://www.reddit.com/r/DAGcoins/comments/7utbgx/list_of_known_dag_coins/

And all of these coins are already present in a number of exchanges.

What does non-Blockchain mean? All digital coins are processed on the Blockchain and cannot be sent/received without it.
I see for the first time : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5095078.0 I find it now into your last post and on what system is the money sent/received?  Huh

Non-blockchain coin?

What are they, old coins for coin collectors?

Without any explanation, it seems the answer should be a no.

as long as
- there is some token that can be transferred between two parties through some sort of channel
- the system is actually secure because we are talking about money and exchanges won't risk it with an unknown system that can lead to their losses
- and as long as there is a demand so that there would be some trading volume to make it worth their while
the exchanges will list such coins.

but if it is some new thing without any tests and lots of bugs and security holes then don't get your hopes up on getting it listed anywhere.

I guess there are some, but not literally an implemented exchange where real money is flowing, but I know there are some exchanges that let your practice trading with the coin you wanted.

Definitely there will be plenty of exchanges will be ready as long as you are able to their "listing fees". Moreover, tokens are not based on blockchain concept still exchanges were upgrading themselves to adopt etheretum based tokens in recent past times. Similarly, I do believe exchange may definitely look for adopting new innovations so that they can stay competitive in the market.

I'm just curious to know about what coin you are discussing here. If you're about to launch a non-blockchain based coin then that must be another revolution in digital currency industries. Why were missing out to explain/mention about your project. Please find time to elaborate that to this community.

DAG is a non blockchain ecosystem and that is what OP's looking for. DAG used the different principle than blockchain and it can be catagorized as a new system with the new principle that created by the byteball platform as the first platform that created DAG ecosystem. Nano and IOTA were inlcuding on this area too.

You are missing something. There quite some such coins listed. So I guess that the problem was that you were not convincing.
And yeah, you have to convince them that if they use resources for listing your coin, they'll earn from it.

Yes. I suspected OP might be looking for DAG, and similar blockchain alternatives. That's why I mentioned it and provided a list of DAG coins. Still they are all listed on exchanges, so it's hard to guess what he was looking for after all.

Interesting idea and i can be a volunteer if needed by such project. Experiments with new protocol requires technical skills and awareness about industry. Why not Cool
