Monero FreeWallet is a [SCAM]

I got scammed by FreeWallet my Monero coins are not showing in my wallet, when I reached out to them they told that they never received the coins. I also have given them the transaction hash for the exchange I did for BTC to MONERO.

I also noticed that r/monero on the monero sub reddit has listed FreeWallet as a scam. Anyone else faced a similar issue?

There have been Scam Accusations posted here in the forum like:

• FREEWallet.org SCAM ( Don't use any of their iOS or Android APP)
• Freewallet is SCAM

Freewallet account here actively responds to all concerns regarding their service. You can message the account or just wait him see the thread.

BTW, it would be better if you use the correct Scam report format from here or at least provide more info like the TXID of your Monero transaction. Tbh, I'm a little bit confused on what you said: "transaction hash for the exchange I did for BTC to MONERO". Where did you exchange?

Yeah, it's better that you will put all the details here. How much money you exchange. From what exchange and also it will be better if you can add the transaction hash.

You should also read all the feedback first of that wallet before using to avoid losing a money. As you can see, any transaction is not recoverable therefore it is your first task to secure your every transaction.

P.S. The most probable reason why you've never received the coins under this transaction is that your amount was below the minimum allowed amount.

Well, it's good to read that you are trying to resolve this issue but what about the other complaints, have they been resolve I've checked your trust rating and I still see two negative trust rating about your wallet, might as well resolve that also

Well why not fully check your trust rating there are two accusations if the user will not do research on your profile they will not notice that because it did not comes from dt1 send us feedback if you resolve that issue.
