Hacked or sold account @kuverty abuses merit

I've noticed merit abuse from this account:



A more detailed study of the account revealed that from may 9, 2012 to may 11, 2018 messages from the account were written only in English. And on may 11, 2018 on the account the password changed and there were continuous messages in Russian. Apparently the account was either hacked or sold. Previously, the account belonged Ties.DB team:

Nice catch, OP.  I tagged the account as being either bought or hacked.  The merit issue is separate and members generally aren't getting tagged for that unless the abuse is flagrant.

He probably spent them all to help Averaged rank up to member and doesn't have any smerits left. It is not a problem anymore.

I hope this can be information and meeting point about @kuverty, whether it's hacked or sold.
I hope @kuverty, can post here, state the truth about who is now holding the @kuverty account.
There are two possibilities:
1. When sold for sure he made a topic on the meta about the @kuverty account in hack:

Speaking of account "Averaged", it was created by me, but after I have bought the "kuverty" account, I gave it to my friend who is also keeping to deal with bounties.
I ask to remove a negative trust.
