Many countries have their local boards with child boards in place. But i see few countries like Pakistan is listed in other category with no child Boards.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=232519.0

I wonder it is possible if this also have some child boards and if Yes, what is the procedure for it.

There is no set procedure as such, but the local thread needs to be generating enough activity to warrant its own board. The Pakistan thread hasn't been posted in for a week, and it has had barely 100 posts in it so far this year. That's not enough to even fill a handful of topics, let alone an an entire board with additional child boards.

That is what i needed to know that we need how many posts in the local thread and the frequency of such posts/activity which will make it to eligible for child boards ?

Unfortunately there's little chance to create a 'normal' local topic from a topic which is in the other languages section...
The situation is like Catch-22:
If you don't post enough in your local topic, you won't be able to get a proper topic in the Local section, where the main languages are presented.
If you don't have a proper topic there, but just one in the Other languages, you won't get noticed easily by the people from your country, so they won't start to post there -> there won't be enough post in your topic...
That's all
I have already tried everything, to move my local into the Local section instead of the Other languages, but in vain...
There were posts, there was chat, I've opened a request in Meta, but nothing has happened...
You can check the topic:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1959404.0
There were no answer at all even from any mod/admin/etc... so after that, local people has started to abandon the topic in Other languages and started to post in English instead forumwide...
Only newbies who try to post/start a chat from time to time but in vain, the topic in the Other languages is really hidden, so there's really no hope to change this situation (Catch-22)
That's life Smiley

Why would you want a child board for a thread that has almost  no activity it would separate the very little posts there are.
