Bitcoin is developing. It is not stagnant at all. And the technologies affecting Bitcoin are also developing. The speed of transactions are being efficiently addressed. The Lightning Network is the step by which the concerns about speed is given solution to. As regards energy consumption, various steps are also done in order to put into the picture the use of renewable energy. Many of these have already materialized.

yes there so many coins on the crypto world and its confusing especially to a newbie like you  . for a newbie like you already read alot of facts that are true . yes btc is unstable and it uses energy when your a miner , lastly there other coins that are faster   . but you may think that bitcoin is weak arent you ?  no  it isnt  , being unstable is its advantage and peopele like it this way   . bitcoin is good at trading and investing while you can use other coins for buying , paying and anything else  .

We can look at the graphs year by year, looking at the information that bitcoin provides, it seems to create a feeling that bitcoin will be the future but the answer can only ask God, as an investor, I will maintain positive belief, if bitcoin is the future, I will be happy but if not, at least I have had enough fun and profit with it during the time I joined it. The future is something we cannot see, trying to find answers that will not get answers, let us walk when we can, the present life is what we should worry about

There are millions of users that has been using bitcoin that has never even complain or bother about whatever point the OP complained about, that is why it is an alternative to fiat, if they cannot use bitcoin as at the time they need to make the transaction, they could simply just use fiat if they feel it is faster.

The inventor of cryptocurrency will always know more than all these other coins that claim they are faster than bitcoin, If they are indeed faster than bitcoin, I wonder why they have not gotten that popularity already, I don’t see any of their system that has been created that has anything spectacular or different from the system of bitcoin. Bitcoin is still the major cryptocurrency of the world that will always remain a working product.
